Reindeer Bites: Santa's Beef Canapes

Getting Ready:

  1. Prepare the oven to bake to 375°F, or 190°C.

    Make thin circles (about 1/4 inch thick) out of the baguette.

  2. In a skillet over medium-warm heat, heat olive oil.

    When chopped, sauté garlic and onions till translucent and delicate.

  3. Brown the ground beef by including it to the dish and breaking it up with a spatula while it cooks.

  4. At that point, include a few Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, pepper, salt, and pepper. Coat thoroughly to blend.

  5. Keep cooking for another two or three minutes to allow the flavours to combine. Take off the stove.

  6. Slices of baguette should be toasted. 3.

  7. On a baking sheet, place sliced baguette.

    Toast them for 5–7 minutes till golden and crisp before baking.


  8. Place sliced baguette on a baking sheet. Before baking, roast them for 5–7 minutes until they are brown and crisp.

  9. Sprinkle some or a few freshly chopped parsley on top of each canapé for an eye-catching and revitalising garnish.

    7. Take a Bite and Savour:


    Quickly serve the beef canapés on a tray while the bread is still crispy.

    Extra Advice:


    Before serving, add a dash of spicy sauce or a balsamic reduction to the canapés for an additional kick
